Why should I join the Exit 9 Wine Club?
Exit 9 Wine Club members will receive special wines that are hand-selected by our experts. We hope our members will be excited to learn about wines from various terroirs, grapes, producers and countries. Each package will come with information about each wine, including tasting notes and food pairing suggestions. 

How often will I receive my wine club package?
The Exit 9 Wine Club package will be available quarterly on the first of the month (February, May, August, November.)

How can I receive my package?
We encourage all Wine Club members to pick up their package in person by coming into the store or using our curb-side pick-up. Emails will be sent on the first of the month to let members know their package is ready for pick-up. If you are unable to pick up in person, we offer a shipping option at an additional cost ($30 per quarter for the 3-bottle package and $40 per quarter for the 6-bottle package.)

Can I gift the Exit 9 Wine Club membership to a family member or friend?
Absolutely! Our Wine Club makes the perfect gift for anyone who wants to learn about wine or enjoys drinking wine.

Yes! Depending on the package you select, your club card points will be added automatically to your account every quarter.

Can I return any of the wines from package?

We hope our Wine Club offers you special wines that excite you, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any of the bottles you might not fancy. However, if you receive a corked or spoiled bottle, we will happily exchange it for the same bottle (in-store exchange only.)

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you sign up for the quarterly payment option, your credit card will be charged on the first of the month each quarter (February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1.) If you need to cancel your subscription, please email Caitlin at caitlin@exit9wineandliquor.com at least one week prior to the first of the billing quarter. If you sign up for the annual payment option and need to cancel your subscription, please email caitlin@exit9wineandliquor.com at least two weeks prior to your annual payment date.
