Q: What are your Hours of Operation?

A: We're open Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sundays from 12-5pm.

 

Q: Do you carry beer or malt beverages?

A: No we do not. Liquor stores in New York State are only licensed to sell wine and liquor. Beer and malt beverages must be purchased elsewhere.

Q: You don't have a wine I'm looking for. Can you get it?

A: Possibly! If you have a wine or spirit you're looking for and we don't have it, you can email us at questions@exit9wineandliquor.com and we'll look into getting it for you.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and you must bring the bottle back to the store. If your product is corked, or otherwise flawed, please re-seal the bottle (do not dump it out) and bring it back to the store and we will either issue a refund or exchange.

Q: Do I get points on my Club Card for online purchases?

A: You absolutely do! All purchases made on our website are processed again here in the store so that your club card gets credited appropriately. If you think there's an issue with your points or your account, you can email Tyler at Tyler@Exit9Wineandliquor.com.

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes we do! You can order online and have your order delivered as soon as possible, or schedule your order to arrive at a later time. You must be 21 years old, and present at the time of delivery.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We're in the Crossings in Halfmoon, right off Route 9 and Exit 9 of the Northway, directly across the street from Home Depot.
