Q: What are your Hours of Operation?

A: We're open Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sundays from 10am-5pm.

 

Q: Do you carry beer, malt beverages, or THC/CBD drinks?

A: Wine & liquor stores in New York State are only licensed to sell wine and liquor. Beer, malt beverages, and THC/CBD drinks must be purchased elsewhere.

Q: You don't have a wine I'm looking for. Can you get it for me?

A: Possibly! If you have a wine or spirit you're looking for and we don't have it, you can email us at questions@exit9wineandliquor.com and we'll look into getting it for you.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do. We accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase. If your product is corked, or otherwise flawed, please re-seal the bottle (do not dump it out) and bring it back to the store and we will either issue a refund or exchange.

Q: Do I get points on my Club Card for online purchases?

A: You absolutely do! All purchases made on our website are processed again here in the store so that your club card gets credited appropriately. If you think there's an issue with your points or your account, you can email Caitlin at caitlin@exit9wineandliquor.com

 

Q: How does your rewards program/points work?

A: Our rewards program makes every purchase even more rewarding!  As you shop, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Here’s how it works:

1,000 points = $10 Gift Card

2,000 points = $40 Gift Card

3,000 points = $90 Gift Card

It’s our way of saying thank you — the more you shop, the more you save!

 

Q: Do my points expire?

A: Nope! They'll never expire!

A: Nope! They'll never expire!

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes, we offer local delivery. You can order online and have your order delivered as soon as possible, or schedule your order to arrive at a later time. You must be 21 years old or older, and present at the time of delivery with a valid ID.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our address is 9 Halfmoon Crossing, Halfmoon, NY 12065. We're in the Crossings Plaza in Halfmoon, right off Route 9 and Exit 9 of the Northway, directly across the street from Home Depot and next to Hudson Valley Credit Union
