9/11 - 20 Years Remembered

With the emotional commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the ups and downs of COVID, and the onset of fall, I'm in the mood for a BIG red wine. Something deep. Something dark. Something soothing. Something velvety.

There's nothing more appropriate than The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon from California's Napa Valley. From the moment it hits the glass, you're in deep. A swirl in the glass shows off the beautiful inkiness of the wine, a sniff yields intoxicating notes of dark cherry, blackberry, stewed fruit, and residual oak.

One sip and you want to sink in the experience: Smooth, luscious, ripe, beautifully balanced, full of dark berry with hints of prune and vanilla. The wine begs you to come back for more.

This is a wine that is really special, and really worth it. Check out the Prisoner story by clicking here. Sometimes you need a reminder to live big and be grateful.

To your health, everyone.
